Toxina Boogie surgió en febrero de 1997 en Cuernavaca con Marco Calderón Santiaguillo, Alejandro "Aletz" González Franco, Luis Cureño González, Carlos "Krafo" Torrescano Bautista y Rodrigo Guerrero Grecco.

La banda duró 10 años tocando en México, alternando con grandes bandas como Los Fancy Free, Plastilina Mosh, Linterna Verde, Café Tacvba, Banda Ocote, La Lupita, La Lúgubre Tereza, El Tri, Álbum, Limbo Zamba, Club Comfort, Guillotina, Sr. Mandril, La Perra, Wakal, Estátika, Resortera, Dynamo, La Bolonchona, Sofá, Hummersqueal, Niña, Turbina, Escarbarme, Dapuntobeat, Vachamata y muchísimas más.

Tocaron en ciudades y pueblos como Zacatecas, San Cristóbal de las Casas, CDMX, Cuernavaca, Tepoztlán, Cuautla, Xalapa, Cholula, Puebla, Monterrey, Acapulco, Orizaba y Taxco. En 1999 grabaron este demo titulado "Pista Comando".
